We deliver across the UK. Every rug is rolled, wrapped and sent tracked.

Ways to get your rug

• Collection: free from our Watford showroom (Cinch Self Storage, Cherry Tree Rd, WD24 6SB). We agree a time with you; the showroom is open Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 6pm, by appointment.

• Our van: we deliver ourselves within 60 miles of Watford, London included, and call you to agree a day. Free within 10 miles, £25 up to 30 miles and £49 up to 60 miles.

• DPD tracked courier: anywhere in mainland UK, priced by the size of the rug: small £14.95, medium and runners £19.95, large £29.95, extra large £44.95.

Cost and timing

The exact price and delivery dates for your postcode are shown at checkout, before you pay. Orders are packed and sent within 1 working day. DPD usually delivers 1 to 3 working days later, and van deliveries are booked within a week.

Very large rugs that are too long for a parcel courier travel in our van or by pallet: the checkout shows what is possible for your postcode, or message us for a price.

Remote areas

DPD adds £15 for the Scottish Highlands, £10 for the Isle of Wight and £20 for Northern Ireland. The website cannot deliver to the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands: message us and we will find a way.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link when your order leaves us, and updates as it moves. You can also follow it from your order page.

Missed deliveries

If nobody is in, the courier leaves a card or tries again. If a piece comes back to us after failed attempts, we contact you to arrange another delivery, which may cost extra.

Outside the UK

The website delivers in the UK only. Our Etsy shop (AfghankilimsStore) ships to Europe and the US, or ask us for a quote.
